2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between BENGA Studio and any individual or legal entity wishing to purchase products offered on the bengastudio.com website.

By placing an order, you unreservedly accept these conditions.

3. Products

BENGA Studio offers on-demand items manufactured by 3D printing using bio-sourced biopolymer.

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the website. Photographs are not contractually binding.

Some products can be customized; in this case, the customization will be specified during the order process.

4. Order

The order is validated upon receipt of full payment.

BENGA Studio reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (out of stock, technical problem, etc.).

In case of refusal, the customer will be informed and refunded.

5. Price

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery charges.

BENGA Studio reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without prior notice.

Products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time the order is validated.

6. Payment

Payment is made online via the secure solutions offered by Shopify.

Accepted payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods available on Shopify.

The order will only be processed after payment confirmation.

7. Manufacturing and Delivery

Products are manufactured on demand in our workshop in Lyon.

Manufacturing times generally range from 5 to 7 working days.

Delivery costs and times depend on the chosen carrier and the destination.

8. Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Personalized products are not subject to the right of withdrawal, except in case of defect or error by BENGA Studio.

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or there is an error on our part.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

9. Warranty and Liability

BENGA Studio guarantees the conformity of the products with the order.

In case of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer must contact BENGA Studio as soon as possible.

BENGA Studio's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

BENGA Studio cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the products.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the website (texts, images, 3D models, logos) are the exclusive property of BENGA Studio.

Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

11. Personal Data

The data collected during the order is necessary for its management and compliance with legal obligations.

In accordance with the French "Data Protection Act" (Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to access, modify, and delete your data.

12. Disputes

In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

The competent court will be that of the jurisdiction of BENGA Studio's registered office.
