At the house of At BENGA Studio , each creation is carefully handcrafted to order in our Lyon workshop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Here are the conditions governing returns and refunds:

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have the right to 14 days after receiving your order To exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return, without having to justify your decision .

Return conditions

• The product must be returned in its original, unused condition and in its Packaging intact .
• Any sign of use, breakage or modification will render the return ineligible.
• The return must be preceded by a request sent by email to contact@bengastudio.com , with your order number .
  

Return shipping costs

THE Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
The return address will be sent to you by email after your request has been validated.

Refund

Once the product has been returned and inspected, the refund will be processed. within a maximum of 14 days , via the payment method used when ordering.
THE Initial delivery charges are not refundable , except in the case of error or non-conforming product.
